Shymkent Grand Hotel, Shymkent

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, right in the city center and close to many restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfy beds with nice balconies. The staff was very friendly, which made my experience even better. On the downside, the dining options were not extensive, and while Wi-Fi was decent, it wasn't included in the price, which could be a drawback for some.
